The Business and Governance of a Church
This workshop will stress the importance of understanding and doing the work of the church as a business, as well as providing tools that will help the church do its work "decently and in order".
Dr. Judy Stamey, Certification Director at the National Association of Church Business Administration (NACBA), Southwestern Certification Center in Fort Worth, Texas, will be leading sessions entitled: Theology of Church Administration; Administration as Ministry, and The Church as a Business.
Robert Grant, church consultant in church administration, will be the special guest leader. Robert will lead a session on developing/evaluating the church constitution and bylaws. He has provided excellent training at the Southwestern Certification Center and and NACBA conferences. You will appreciate his expertise and passion to help churches excel.
Participants will receive 2 Continuing Education Units for this training.
